Sec. 14-135. Attorney General to act when commissioner is disqualified. If the
commissioner is disqualified to act in any matter, the Attorney General, upon request
of the commissioner, shall act in his stead, and the decision of the Attorney General
shall, subject to appeal as provided, be binding upon the parties and enforceable under
the provisions of this chapter in the same manner and to the same degree as any decision
or order of the commissioner.
