Sec. 14-102. View in and exits from motor vehicles used to transport passengers for hire. The passenger compartment in any motor vehicle used to transport passengers for hire shall, if enclosed or partly enclosed, be so constructed as to give an unobstructed view of the interior of the same from any point within such vehicle. Each such
motor vehicle of a seating capacity of more than seven shall have exits on more than
one side thereof. Any person who owns or operates any such motor vehicle which fails
to comply with the requirements of this section shall be fined the amount designated
for each such infraction.
