Sec. 13b-406. (Formerly Sec. 16-300). Transfer of certificate or permit. Any
certificate or permit may be assigned and transferred by the holder, his assignee, receiver
or trustee, or by the holder's personal representative or the surviving partner or partners
of the deceased partner's personal representative to whom the rights and privileges under
such certificate or permit shall pass at the death of the holder. The Commissioner of
Transportation may prescribe the conditions precedent to such transfer and may make
any necessary regulations pertaining thereto. Each application for such transfer shall be
accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars.
