Sec. 13b-82. (Formerly Sec. 16-309b). Transportation of school children. The
provisions of sections 14-275 to 14-281, inclusive, shall not apply to the operation of
any motor bus operated pursuant to a certificate of public convenience and necessity
issued in accordance with section 13b-80 which transports school children as well as
other passengers for compensation, over regular routes authorized in such certificate.
