      Sec. 13a-249. Erection of temporary buildings for purposes incidental to the 
construction and maintenance of highways. The commissioner may erect temporary 
buildings upon land owned by the state and under the jurisdiction of the Department of 
Transportation for purposes incidental to the construction and maintenance of highways.
