Sec. 13a-122. Installation of decorations in streets restricted. No person, firm
or corporation, or any group or organization of persons, shall install any decorations or
cause them to be installed within the limits of any highway without having received a
permit to do so from the traffic authority having control of such highway. No decorations
shall be so installed as to obstruct a clear view by any motor vehicle operator or pedestrian
of any traffic control signal and, if such decorations include colored lights, no red, green
or amber light shall be so placed as to be mistaken for a traffic control signal.
