STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
SECTION 18780-18781 




18780.  The sole acts necessary to confer jurisdiction upon the city
council to order the formation of a district under the provisions of
this part and the furnishing of maintenance and operation for street
lighting systems therein shall consist of the adoption of a
resolution of intention and the publication of the same in accordance
with the provisions of this part.



18781.  No error, defect, irregularity, informality, neglect or
omission of any officer of any city in any proceeding taken under the
provisions of this part, which does not affect the jurisdiction of
the governing body to order the formation of a district shall avoid
or invalidate the proceedings.
