SECTION 95100-95101
95100. The City of Santa Barbara, together with unincorporated territory, may organize and incorporate as the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District. 95101. The request for the formation of the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District may be made by resolution or by petition as set out in this chapter.
