9790. The Department of General Services shall maintain a bill-filing room for the Senate and Assembly, and file all bills, resolutions, journals and other documents ordered by the Senate or Assembly. It shall also place all such bills, resolutions, journals and other documents in binders for the use of the Members of the Legislature and perform such other duties in connection with their filing and distribution as may be required by the rules or special orders of either house. 9791. The laws, resolutions and journals of the Legislature shall be distributed by the Department of General Services as follows: (a) To the Library of Congress, two copies. (b) To the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, each Member of the Legislature, the Secretary of the Senate, the Chief Clerk of the Assembly, and the Legislative Auditor, one copy each. (c) To the State Library, 60 copies or as many more as the State Librarian may require for exchange purposes, and to each county law library, one copy. (d) To the Attorney General, six copies, and as many additional copies as may be requested, not exceeding the number necessary to supply each Assistant Attorney General, and each Deputy Attorney General with one copy of each. (e) To the Legislative Counsel Bureau, as many copies as may be requested, not exceeding the number necessary to supply one copy of each for the use of the Legislative Counsel and each Deputy Legislative Counsel. (f) To the State Supreme Court, 11 copies and as many additional copies as may be requested not to exceed four copies. 9792. All other copies of the laws, resolutions and journals shall be sold by the Department of General Services at such price as it may fix.
