SECTION 74948-74950 




74948.  This article applies to the municipal court district which
embraces the entire County of Napa, which court shall be known as the
Municipal Court for the County of Napa.



74950.  Facilities for the court shall be maintained in the City of
Napa, the City of Saint Helena, the City of Calistoga, and in such
other locations within the County of Napa as are designated by the
board of supervisors pursuant to the provisions of Section 71342. The
court shall hold sessions at each facility as business requires.
