§ 6-20-407 - Fraudulent issuance of warrants.

6-20-407. Fraudulent issuance of warrants.

Any director who shall fraudulently issue any school warrant shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalties enumerated in Acts 1874 (Spec. Sess.), No. 14, 7 [repealed].
