§ 3-2-402 - Scope of subchapter.

3-2-402. Scope of subchapter.

This subchapter does not repeal or supersede any of the provisions of 3-5-1101 et seq. and to the extent of any conflict, the provisions of 3-5-1101 et seq. shall prevail.
