27-101-601. Definitions.
As used in this subchapter:
"Personal watercraft" means a vessel, less than sixteen (16) feet in length, propelled by a water jet pump or other machinery as its primary source of motor propulsion and which is designed to be operated by a person sitting, standing or kneeling thereon, rather than being operated by a person sitting or standing inside the vessel.
