27-87-203. License -- Stream on county boundary.
If any navigable stream or lake shall form a portion of the boundary of any county, so that one bank is in one county and the other is in a different county at the place where it is proposed to erect a ferry, then a license shall be had from the county court for the ferry on the counties' respective banks or shores.
