§ 27-32-102 - Penalty for operating an unsafe vehicle.

27-32-102. Penalty for operating an unsafe vehicle.

Any person found guilty of operating an unsafe vehicle shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
