27-24-1301. Purpose.
The purpose of this subchapter is to:
(1) Continue the special license plates for the certain public service employees or public service retirees that existed before April 13, 2005, and to establish a procedure for other public service employees or retirees to obtain special license plates; and
(2) Honor the service of Cold War veterans by providing a special license plate that is available for issuance.
