§ 26-55-216 - Distributor's license -- Nonassignable.

26-55-216. Distributor's license -- Nonassignable.

The license certificate issued by the Director of the Department of Finance and Administration shall not be assignable and shall be valid only for the distributor in whose name it was issued.
