§ 25-16-608 - Issuance of certificates or scrip on Auditor of State's warrants.

25-16-608. Issuance of certificates or scrip on Auditor of State's warrants.

It shall be unlawful for the Treasurer of State to issue new certificates or scrip upon warrants of the Auditor of State.
