§ 23-51-153 - Rights of dissenters to mergers.

23-51-153. Rights of dissenters to mergers.

A shareholder may dissent from the merger to the extent and by following the procedure provided by the Arkansas Business Corporation Act, 4-27-101 et seq., or regulations adopted under this chapter.
