§ 16-67-324 - Time court's decision becomes final.

16-67-324. Time court's decision becomes final.

No mandate shall issue and no decision shall become final until after fifteen (15) judicial days from the time the decision was rendered, unless the court, for good cause shown, shall otherwise direct.
