§ 16-21-128 - The Eighth Judicial District.

16-21-128. The Eighth Judicial District.

(a) The Eighth Judicial District-North shall be a Division B Judicial District.

(b) Effective January 1, 1999, the Eighth Judicial District-South shall be a Division A Judicial District.
