§ 16-10-125 - Audit of accounts of sheriff and clerk.

16-10-125. Audit of accounts of sheriff and clerk.

The several courts shall audit and adjust the accounts of the sheriff and clerk for all expenditures made under this act and certify the balance accordingly.
