§ 14-204-111 - Bonds -- Tax exemption.

14-204-111. Bonds -- Tax exemption.

Bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes. This exemption includes income, property, and inheritance taxes.
