§ 14-186-312 - Bonds -- Tax exemption.

14-186-312. Bonds -- Tax exemption.

(a) Bonds issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes.

(b) This exemption includes income, estate, and inheritance taxes.
