§ 14-163-215 - Bonds -- Tax exemption.

14-163-215. Bonds -- Tax exemption.

Bonds issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes, and this exemption shall include income, inheritance, and estate taxes.
