§ 14-1-204 - Liability for costs and attorney's fees.

14-1-204. Liability for costs and attorney's fees.

A prevailing party in an action to enforce the legal right to fly a flag of the United States shall be entitled to recover the court costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred.
