11-10-501. Payment.
(a) All benefits provided in this chapter shall be payable from the Unemployment Compensation Fund.
(b) All benefits shall be paid through Arkansas Employment Security Department offices, in accordance with such regulations as the Director of the Arkansas Employment Security Department may prescribe.
