6-523. Membership applications A. The board of directors shall act on applications for membership or appoint one or more membership officers to approve applications for membership. A person denied membership by a membership officer may appeal the denial to the board of directors. B. A credit union may impose one-time or periodic membership fees under the conditions the bylaws provide. |
