49-362. Calculation of wastewater treatment capacity; gray water; definition A. The department may adopt rules for calculating a reduction in capacity or design flow for sewage treatment facilities if gray water reuse infrastructure for a subdivision is approved by the department. B. For the purposes of this section, "subdivision" has the same meaning prescribed in section 32-2101. |
