41-3902. Establishment of authority; exemption A. The Arizona housing finance authority is established. B. The authority is considered to be a body corporate and politic and acting in all respects for the benefit of the residents of this state and performing a governmental function in carrying out the purposes of this article. C. The authority is exempt from chapter 23 of this title. |
