37-131. State land commissioner; appointment; term; removal; compensation A. There shall be a state land commissioner who shall be the executive officer of the state land department. B. The commissioner shall be appointed by the governor pursuant to section 38-211 and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. C. The commissioner shall receive compensation as determined pursuant to section 38-611. |
