36-303. System of public health statistics; powers and duties of the department A. The department shall: 1. Administer and enforce this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. 2. Provide for the efficient administration of a system of public health statistics. B. The department may adopt rules to implement a system of public health statistics pursuant to this chapter. |
