32-3632. Hearing and judicial review A. The hearing on the charges shall be at a time and place prescribed by the board and shall be in accordance with title 41, chapter 6, article 10. B. If the board determines that a state licensed or state certified appraiser is guilty of a violation of this chapter, it shall prepare a finding of fact and take disciplinary or remedial action. C. Except as provided in section 41-1092.08, subsection H, any final decision or order of the board may be appealed to the superior court pursuant to title 12, chapter 7, article 6. |
