32-326. Shop or salon license; application; qualifications A. An applicant for a license to operate a shop or salon shall file a written application on a form prescribed by the board. The application shall be under oath and accompanied by the prescribed fee. B. An applicant shall: 1. Comply with the rules of the board concerning health, safety and sanitation. 2. Comply with the applicable health and safety laws and rules of other state agencies and political subdivisions. 3. Pay the prescribed fee. C. A shop or salon licensed pursuant to this chapter shall be under the direct supervision of a barber. |
