32-2029. Fees The board shall establish and collect fees of not more than: 1. Three hundred dollars for an application for an original license or certificate. This fee is nonrefundable. 2. Three hundred dollars for a certificate of renewal of a license or certificate. 3. Three hundred dollars for an application for reinstatement of licensure. 4. Fifty dollars for each duplicate license or certificate. |
