32-1305. Executive director; compensation; duties A. The board shall appoint an executive director who serves at the pleasure of the board. The executive director shall not be a board member and shall not have a pecuniary or proprietary interest in a funeral establishment or crematory or in the sale of funeral goods and services. B. The executive director is eligible to receive compensation pursuant to section 38-611. C. The executive director shall perform duties as directed by the board. |
