32-1304. Board meetings A. The board shall hold at least one meeting every calendar quarter at a time and a place in this state designated by the chairperson. The board may hold additional meetings at the call of the chairperson or any three members. B. The presence of four board members constitutes a quorum. A majority vote of the quorum is necessary for the board to take any action. A vacancy on the board does not impair the rights or powers of the remaining members. |
