15-231.01. Public school information hot line; program termination The department of education shall establish a toll free telephone number for complaints and requests for information relating to public schools and charter schools, including complaints regarding procurement practices pursuant to section 15-213, subsection H. If appropriate, the department of education shall forward the complaints or refer the complainant to the appropriate state, federal and local agencies for appropriate action. The program established by this section ends on July 1, 2009, pursuant to section 41-3102. |
