Notice of terms and conditions of release Upon the request of the victim, the custodial agency shall provide a copy of the terms and conditions of release to the victim unless the accused appeared in response to a summons. In that case, upon request of the victim, the prosecutor's office shall, on receiving such information, provide a copy of the terms and conditions of release to the victim. |
