13-3904. Violation of promise to appear; classification A. Any person knowingly violating his written promise to appear, given as provided in this article, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor regardless of the disposition of the charge upon which he was originally arrested. B. A written promise to appear in court may be complied with by an appearance by counsel. |
