13-3009. Duty to report to law enforcement officers; classification It shall be the duty of every communications service provider and its officers and employees to report any violation of sections 13-3005, 13-3006 and 13-3008 coming within their knowledge to the county attorney having jurisdiction and to the attorney general. Any intentional violation of this section is a class 3 misdemeanor. |
