11-274. Bond register A. The treasurer shall keep a register of all bonds sold by number, date of sale, amount, date of maturity and the name and address of the purchaser. B. When a bond is sold by a holder, the purchaser shall notify the treasurer of the purchase, giving the number of the bond and his address, and every transfer shall be noted on the register. |
