Sec. 47.45.290. - Definitions.
In AS 47.45.200 - 47.45.290,
(1) "commission" means the Alaska Commission on Aging;
(2) "department" means the Department of Health and Social Services;
(3) "older Alaskan" means a resident who is 60 years of age or older.
