Sec. 22.20.140. - Definitions.
In AS 22.20.100 - 22.20.140,
(1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of public safety;
(2) "district courts" includes sessions presided over by a magistrate;
(3) "process" means any summons, writ, process, order, or subpoena.
