Sec. 08.04.370. - Use of title "certified public accountant" by office of organization.

The title "certified public accountant" or the abbreviation "CPA" may not be used in connection with an office of an organization holding a permit under AS 08.04.240 or 08.04.420(c) unless the supervision requirement of AS 08.04.360 is satisfied.
