Submitting false information.
Any employee or retiree knowingly and willfully submitting materially false information to the board shall, upon a determination by the board, repay all claims and other expenses incurred by the health insurance plan related to false or misleading information submitted by the employee or retiree in addition to a charge based on the applicable interest rate paid by the state under Section 40-1-44.
