INSTRUCTIONS: CONNECTICUT FORECLOSURE WORKSHEET (Form JD-CV-77)

Connecticut Foreclosure Worksheet JD-CV-77 Step 13: On line D, indicate whether you aware of another foreclosure pending on this property with this defendant or anybody else by checking "Yes" or "No" as appropriate. If the former, give the case name and docket number.

Connecticut Foreclosure Worksheet JD-CV-77 Step 14: On line E, indicate whether the plaintiff's counsel has been notified by checking "Yes" or "No."
