INSTRUCTIONS: CONNECTICUT GRIEVANCE COMPLAINT (SUPREME COURT OR APPELLATE COURT) FILED UNDER THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT

Connecticut residents who believe they have been the victim of a discriminatory act or decision as defined by the Americans With Disabilities act may appeal a verdict ruling against them to the state supreme court or appellate court within 10 days of the act or decision.
