INSTRUCTIONS: ARIZONA PERSONAL PROPERTY PETITION FOR REVIEW OF VALUATION (Form 82530)

When an Arizona property owner believe personal property has been incorrectly valued or classified by their county assessor, they may file a petition using a form 82530 to request a revaluation or reclassification. This document can be found on the website maintained by the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Arizona Personal Property Petition For Review Of Valuation 82530 Step 1: Enter the tax year for which you are filing and the county in the first two blank lines at the top of the form.

Arizona Personal Property Petition For Review Of Valuation 82530 Step 6: In box 5a, enter the owner's name and address as shown on the notice of value. If you need to correct this information, enter it correctly in box 5b.
