Conciliation
a form of alternate dispute resolution in which a neutral third-party hears both
sides and then issues a non-binding suggested resolution
Concubinage
Civil law term for an unmarried couple living nonetheless as husband and wife
or, where same-sex relationships are recognized by law, such similar
cohabitation relationships.
Condition Precedent
contractual condition that suspends the coming into effect of a contract unless
